Job Title: Chat & Email Support Executive

Our mission — Fly More. Stay Better. Spend Less. We're looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Chat & Email Support Executive to manage online communication, assist members, and deliver a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries via chat, email, and WhatsApp promptly and professionally.
- Respond to inquiries about subscriptions, login access, flight/hotel deals, renewals, and offers.
- Log and track issues, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Operations, and Tech teams for quick issue handling.
- Maintain detailed communication records and update the CRM or ticketing system. Share FAQs, policies, and plan details with customers to promote self-service.
- Identify upselling or renewal opportunities during customer interactions. Ensure service quality and response timelines are consistently met.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in customer support / chat process / email handling (travel industry preferred).
- Excellent written English and clear communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Comfortable using CRM tools, email platforms, and WhatsApp Web. Positive, patient, and customer-first attitude.
