**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- To deliver world-class service and go out of your way to find solutions and make our Traya users delighted.
- Prompt with responses & give accurate solutions for our users over Chat Support. -Build customer bonds to deliver quality service.
- To ensure complete ownership of customer Queries and guarantee end-to-end satisfaction with our services.
- To collaborate with various teams within the ecosystem of Traya to identify optimal solutions for our customers.
- To prepare observations to stakeholders to help derive better actions for continuous improvement

**SKILLS REQUISITE**:

- Very clear communication (Written & Verbal)
- Autonomous, Versatile, and can multitask
- Go Getter and Responsible Individual
- Eye for Detail and want to improve the process.
- Bachelor's Degree with Good typing speed (40WPM)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
