**Job Title: Chat Process Executive (UK Shift)**

**Location**: Vikhroli, Mumbai

**Shift Timing**: UK Shift, 5 days working with 2 rotational offs

**Qualifications**:

- Graduate or HSC qualified
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
- All necessary documents must be in place
- Strong communication skills with proper Cluster 3 proficiency

**Responsibilities**:

- Respond to customer inquiries via chat in a professional and timely manner
- Provide assistance and support to customers regarding products or services
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction

**Benefits**:

**Requirements**:

- Strong written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
