**Job Title: Customer Support Representative (US Chat Process)**

**Location: Mumbai, India**

**Working Days: 5 days a week**

**Shift Timing: Rotational US Shift (10 hours/day)**

**Days Off: 2 rotational offs**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **US Chat Process**:

- Engage with customers via chat to address queries, resolve issues, and provide assistance in a professional manner.
- Ensure a positive customer experience through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- **Shift Timing**:

- Work in rotational US shifts, with a 10-hour working day.
- Adhere to the schedule and meet performance metrics.
- **Documentation**:

- Provide all necessary documents from previous employers.
- **Skills**:

- Possess excellent typing skills to handle chat interactions efficiently.
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- **Location Requirement**:

- **Professionalism**:

- Maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions with customers and colleagues.
- Adhere to company policies and guidelines.

**Qualifications**:

- **Educational Background**:

- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
- **Experience**:

- Previous experience in customer support or a similar role is preferred.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficient in using chat platforms and other relevant software.
- **Availability**:

- Must be available for a 5-day work week, including rotational shifts.
- **Reliability**:

- No history of absconding from previous employers.

**Salary**: ₹39,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
