**Job Title**: Customer Service Executive (Chat Process)
**Shift**: US Rotational Shifts (9 hours)
**Working Days**: 5 Days a Week (2 Rotational Offs)
**Mode**: Work-from-office
We are hiring **Customer Service Executives** for a **chat-based support** role. You'll assist international customers, primarily from the US, through live chat. The role requires flexibility for **night shifts** and working in **rotational shifts**.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide efficient, friendly chat support to customers.
- Resolve customer issues and inquiries.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all interactions.
- Meet team KPIs (response time, resolution time, customer satisfaction).
**Eligibility**:
- **Strong written communication skills** in English.
- Must be open to working in **night shifts** and **rotational shifts**.
- **Pick-up and drop-off** transportation provided.
- Must have **relevant documents** (ID proof, education certificates).
