**Job Summary**:

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Assistance**:

- Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through our online chat platform in a timely and professional manner.
- Address customer questions, concerns, and issues related to products, services, orders, payments, and account management.
- Guide customers through troubleshooting steps and provide solutions to resolve their problems effectively.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Develop a thorough understanding of our products, services, and policies to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.
- Stay updated on product features, updates, and promotions to effectively communicate with customers and drive sales.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and exceeding customer expectations.
- Follow established protocols and procedures for chat support interactions to maintain quality standards and compliance.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with other members of the Customer Support team and cross-functional teams to address customer inquiries and escalate issues as needed.
- Share customer feedback, insights, and trends with the team to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including chat transcripts, inquiries, and resolutions.
- Generate reports and provide feedback to management on chat support performance metrics, trends, and opportunities for improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in customer service, communications, or related field.
- Previous experience in customer support or chat support role is preferred but not required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a clear and professional communication style.
- Strong typing skills and ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for helping others and solving problems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
