**Job Summary**:
As a Customer Service Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with our products and services. Your role is crucial in enhancing customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Issue Resolution**: Identify and resolve customer issues efficiently, providing accurate information and solutions. Escalate complex issues to higher management when necessary.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our two-wheeler products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.
- **Order Processing**: Assist customers with order placements, track shipments, process returns, and manage refunds as required.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather and document customer feedback, suggesting improvements to enhance our products and services.
- **Documentation**: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints using CRM software.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments, such as sales and technical support, to address and resolve customer concerns.
- **Compliance**: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards to ensure a consistent and compliant customer service experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- CRE: 1 year (required)
- Customer service: 1 year (required)
- Microsoft Excel: 1 year (required)
