**Position Summary**:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused **Customer Care Executive** with a specialization in **Birthday Party Sales**. The incumbent will be responsible for managing customer interactions, driving event sales, and ensuring seamless execution of birthday parties and group events. This role requires a blend of strong communication, sales acumen, and coordination skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Actively generate and convert leads for birthday parties and group bookings.
- Maintain an updated database of leads, enquiries, and sales conversions.
- Drive customer engagement and build long-term relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Collaborate with internal departments (operations, events, F&B) to ensure successful event execution.
- Consistently achieve defined sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
- Monitor customer feedback and provide inputs to enhance service quality.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Graduate/Undergraduate with **1-3 years of experience** in customer service and/or sales (hospitality/events industry experience preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to work in a **day rotational shift** and flexible to work on weekends/public holidays as per business requirements.
