JOB BRIEF:

We are seeking a proactive and confident Call Support Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, engaging with potential clients, maintaining relationships, and ensuring excellent customer service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
  • Explain company products/services and generate interest.
  • Follow up on leads and maintain call records.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Achieve daily and monthly targets.
  • Maintain a positive, professional, and persuasive communication tone.

Skills Required:

  • 2–3 years of experience in tele-calling, customer service, or sales support.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle client queries confidently.
  • Good command of Hindi and English (additional regional languages are a plus).
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
