We are looking for a highly motivated Client Calling Executive to join our team

and drive

sales growth through our outbound calling

**Job Description**:
As the Client Calling Executive, you will be responsible for making outbound

calls to

potential customers and generating leads.

Key responsibilities include:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients to the inquiries sent by the clients

on our app.
- Identify customer needs and provide information about our services.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve the customer experience and

drive

sales growth.
- No pressure/No targets based

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Events or a related

field.
- Proven experience in client servicing or customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

- Andheri West, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
