**Job Summary**:
The Tele Calling Executive will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, promoting products or services, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving set targets. The role requires excellent communication skills, persuasive ability, and a customer-oriented approach.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote company products/services.
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide product or service information.
- Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert leads into sales.
- Maintain a database of customer information and interactions.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.
- Provide regular feedback to the sales/marketing team about customer needs and market trends.
- Maintain accurate call logs and reports.

**Required Skills & Competencies**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills (Hindi, English, and local language preferred).
- Good listening and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software, data entry).
- Positive attitude, confidence, and persuasive ability.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
