**Job Title**: Tele Caller Executive - Real Estate

**Job Overview**:
As a Female Telecaller Executive at Vishkala Venture, you will be responsible for effectively communicating with leads generated from our social media ad campaigns. Your primary objective will be to engage with potential customers, build rapport, and convert leads into scheduled site visits. **About Our Client**: Our Client is a leading real estate developer specializing in premium NA plots for 1, 2, and 3 BHK Villas. They pride themselves on delivering quality projects that cater to the needs and aspirations of their clients. As part of their expansion, they are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Female Telecaller Executive to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Contact leads generated from social media ad campaigns via phone calls.
- Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their requirements and preferences.
- Provide accurate information about our premium NA plots and villa projects.
- Showcase the unique selling points and benefits of our properties to potential customers.
- Schedule site visits for interested prospects and coordinate with the sales team.
- Follow up with leads to ensure timely and effective communication.
- Maintain a database of leads and update customer information as necessary.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies.
- Achieve weekly and monthly targets for lead conversion and site visits.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a telecaller or similar customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with real estate industry practices and terminology is preferred.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
