- 1. Excellent written communication skills in the English language.

2. The Associate should have a strong typing proficiency with at least a gross typing speed of 30 wpm words per minute with 90% of accuracy.

3. The associate should be comfortable working in rotational/night shifts and willing to work on holiday basis business requirements.

4. Ability to address customer complaints or other issues with products or services.

5. Excellent judgment and decision-making skills.

6. Attention to detail.

8. Optimistic, friendly, positive, and self-motivated personality.

9. Ability to work in a team.

EXPERIENCE- 18 MONTHS AND MORE EXPERIENCE IN INBOUND INTERNATIONAL VOICE

UNDERGRADUATE WILL ALSO WORK

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
