Job Summary

The Key Account Executive - Off-Trade will support the execution of sales and visibility initiatives across key retail accounts, including wine shops, modern trade outlets, and state-run corporations. The role will ensure proper order management, in-store activation, branding compliance, and retailer engagement while supporting the Key Account Manager in driving business growth.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Sales Support & Order Execution** Assist in achieving monthly sales targets by coordinating order booking, stock movement, and placement at key retail outlets.
- **Retailer Relationship Management** Build strong working relationships with wine shop managers and floor staff to ensure visibility, push, and brand preference.
- **POSM & Branding Implementation** Ensure timely deployment and upkeep of point-of-sale materials (standees, wobblers, danglers, signage) as per brand guidelines.
- **Stock & Display Audit**Regularly visit outlets to monitor product availability,stock rotation, shelf positioning, and competitive presence.
- **Market Intelligence Track** promotions, pricing, and branding activities of competing brands and share insights with the reporting manager.
- **Reporting & Documentation**Maintain accurate records of visits, order volumes, branding implementation, and campaign performance.

**Key Skills**
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic understanding of sales, distribution, and retail channel dynamics
- Familiarity with point-of-sale branding and field execution
- Proficient in MS Excel and reporting formats
- Field-ready mindset with the ability to work independently
- Good follow-up and coordination skills

**Educational Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- MBA preferred
- Certification in Trade/Brand/Channel Marketing is a plus

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
