**maJob Title: Fitness Center Operations Specialist**

**DYOFITX Academy** is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Fitness Center Operations Specialist. In this role, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the academy by handling **attendance, billing, app management, marketing materials, member communication, and account management.**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Attendance & Billing**:

- Track member attendance through various methods (e.g., sign-in sheets, software).
- Process member payments accurately and efficiently.
- Manage and reconcile member accounts, ensuring timely and accurate billing.
- Generate reports on attendance and membership trends.
- **App Management**:

- Assist members with registering and using the DYOFITX app.
- Monitor app functionality and troubleshoot any issues.
- Provide basic technical support to members using the app.
- **Marketing Materials**:

- Design engaging posters and flyers to promote DYOFITX programs and services.
- Maintain the consistency and brand identity in all marketing materials.
- **Member Communication**:

- Send timely reminders to members regarding renewals, upcoming events, and other important information.
- Maintain positive and professional communication with all members.
- **Account Management**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date member information in the database.
- Manage membership cancellations according to company policies.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic computer literacy and knowledge of fitness software a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and a passion for health and fitness.
