- 1. Manage the schedule of expert leader, follow-up the tasks and do minor automations in excel macro & VBA for day today activities
- 2. Support team in facility, purchase, legal, custom and other administrative task
- 3. Carry out day to day plan and execute the task accordingly
- 4. Significant practical experience in administrating a function & summarization of activities based on SPOCs input
- 5. Schedule management, Time management, Collaboration, team player
- 6. Experience in safety, security, and administrative best practices.
- 7. Excellent Coommunication skills.

Education criteria: Bachelor in science or arts or administration.

Based on current CTC : Max Budget 20 % Hike on current ctc.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Excel: 2 years (preferred)
- Office admin: 3 years (preferred)
