
Office Administrator

Oversee general office administration and ensure smooth functioning of daily operations
- Maintain office supplies and inventory management
- Manage facility upkeep, cleanliness, and basic maintenance coordination
- Coordinate with vendors for office requirements and services
- Maintain records and documentation related to administrative activities
- Handle statutory compliances including:
- Employee Provident Fund (PF)
- Employee State Insurance (ESI)
- Professional Tax (PT)
- Prepare and maintain compliance records, challans, and returns on time
- Coordinate with consultants or government departments for PF, ESI, and PT-related queries or inspections
- Support HR team in maintaining employee personal files and compliance records
- Assist in travel, accommodation, and other logistic arrangements for employees
- Handle courier, inward-outward registers, and related documentation
- Any other administrative tasks assigned by management
**Key Requirements**:
- Graduate in any discipline
- 1-3 years of experience in office administration and statutory compliance
- Good knowledge of PF, ESI, and Professional Tax procedures
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Good interpersonal and coordination skills
- Location : Chennai
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
