**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers with order placement, product inquiries, and delivery status updates.
- Address customer complaints and provide timely resolutions.
- Process refunds, returns, and exchanges as per company policies.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
- Promote special offers, discounts, and loyalty programs to customers.
- Gather customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance service quality.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- 0-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the retail or grocery industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of grocery products and online ordering systems.
- Problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience using CRM software or customer support tools.
- Fluency in multiple languages is an advantage.
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and order management systems.
