**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide accurate product/service information, and troubleshoot issues to resolve customer concerns.
- Handle customer complaints and escalations effectively, ensuring that the issue is resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
- Process customer orders, returns, exchanges, and payments as required.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
- Collaborate with other departments (such as technical support, shipping, or sales) to address customer needs and inquiries.
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistency in service delivery.
- Continuously improve knowledge of products, services, and industry trends to better assist customers.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and handle high-volume situations effectively.
- Proficient in using customer service software, databases, and communication tools.
- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude when dealing with customers.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
