An Automobile Sales Customer Care Executive is responsible for handling customer inquiries, addressing complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales and post-sales process. This role involves interacting with customers, resolving issues, and building relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business.

Key Responsibilities:

· Customer Interaction: Greeting customers, understanding their needs, and assisting them in selecting vehicles or services.

· Issue Resolution: Addressing customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

· Follow-up: Following up with customers after sales to ensure satisfaction and address any post-purchase issues.

· Communication: Communicating with customers via phone, email, and social media, providing updates, and promoting offers.

· Relationship Building: Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with customers to build loyalty and repeat business.

· Reporting: Tracking customer satisfaction metrics and generating reports.

· Process Improvement: Identifying areas for improvement in customer service processes.

· Appointment Management: Scheduling and managing appointments for test drives, service visits, and other customer needs.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14, ₹18,000.00 per month
