- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the system.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly, professionally, and efficiently.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and offer additional services where needed.
- Collaborate with internal departments like underwriting, claims, and sales to address customer needs.
- Stay updated on insurance products, industry trends, and compliance guidelines.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 1-3 years in customer service, preferably in the insurance or financial services sector.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and CRM software.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries with patience and professionalism.
- **Language Proficiency**: Fluent in Tamil, English Preferable hindi
