**Customer Support Executive**

**About Us**: Effortless is a platform designed to assist startups and SMBs in managing their finances and ensuring compliance. We provide a "Finance Co-Pilot" for founders, finance teams, chartered accountants, and service providers, helping them maintain accurate financial records and stay 100% compliant.

**Position Overview**: Effortless seeks a **dynamic and results-driven Customer Support Executive** to join our growing team. This role requires exceptional communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a customer-first mindset to effectively support and resolve client issues.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Communicate with customers clearly and professionally (both verbally and in writing), explaining complex information in a way that matches the customer’s understanding.
- Analyze and troubleshoot customer problems, offering clear, actionable solutions.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries or complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely resolution.
- Monitor and analyze customer service metrics to identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Follow up with customers on open queries and ensure timely resolution, providing feedback and updates as necessary.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support or a similar role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience using CRM systems to track customer interactions.
- Strong computer skills.
- Knowledge of mediation and conflict resolution techniques is preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
