- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and key personnel.
- Conducting business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with their products and services.
- Alerting the sales team regarding opportunities for further sales within key clients.
- Escalating and resolving areas of concern as raised by clients.
- Liaising with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively.
- Follow up on customers to ensure they are satisfied with the product/service received.
**Key Skills**
- **Excellent communication** skills in **English and Telugu.**
- Good relationship management and networking skills.
- Pleasing personality with the ability to understand client needs and execute the same.
- Who enjoys working in a highly charged environment.
- Well versed in MS Office
- Excel/Word/PowerPoint
