**POSITION PURPOSE**:
Customer Support executive will support the sales and marketing departments by coordinating marketing activities and assisting with customer inquiries to handle the enquiry.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- **Customer Service**: Respond to customer inquiries, provide product information, and convert the enquiries into sales.

**QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE**:

- Bachelor's degree with related field experience.

**SKILLS**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. (Tamil language proficiency)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

- Monday to Friday
