**Job Title: Administrative Assistant (With Dispatch & Logistics)**

Job Description (JD):
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for handling a range of operational, clerical, and logístical tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of office activities. This includes managing petty cash, local purchases, HR-related tasks, inward and outward shipments, data entry, and logistics coordination.

Key Responsibilities

1. Petty Cash Management:
Track, record, and reconcile petty cash transactions.

Submit regular petty cash reports to senior management.

2. Local Purchases:
Procure office supplies and other miscellaneous items.

Coordinate with vendors for sourcing, pricing, and timely delivery.

3. HR-Related Tasks:
Maintain employee attendance and leave records.

Assist with recruitment activities, such as scheduling interviews and onboarding.

4. Inward/Outward Shipments:
Maintain a log of incoming and outgoing goods, documents, and packages.

Ensure proper handling, delivery, and distribution of shipments.

Coordinate with courier services and ensure timely dispatch.

5. Dispatch & Logistics Coordination:
Manage day-to-day logistics for product dispatch and receiving shipments.

Track delivery schedules, monitor delivery timelines, and resolve any delays.

Coordinate with transport providers for smooth delivery and collection processes.

Ensure accurate inventory records for incoming and outgoing shipments.

6. Data Entry & Records Management:
Accurately enter data into company systems and maintain records.

Organize and file physical and digital records for easy access and retrieval.

7. General Office Support:
Assist in scheduling meetings and office coordination.

Provide general administrative support to the team as required.

**Qualifications**:
1. Education:
Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or 12th pass with relevant experience.

2. Experience:
1-2 years of experience in administration, logistics, dispatch, or related fields.

Previous exposure to inventory management and logistics coordination is preferred.

3. Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Basic understanding of logistics management and inventory tracking.

Good communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

Familiarity with logistics software or inventory management tools is a plus.\

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
