We are looking for a motivated **Entry-Level System Administrator** to join our IT team. If you're passionate about IT systems, networking, and technology, this is a fantastic opportunity to kickstart your career in IT infrastructure management. In this role, you will assist in maintaining and troubleshooting servers, networks, and various IT systems to ensure the smooth operation of the organization's technology environment. Training and mentorship will be provided to help you grow your skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of operating systems, software, and hardware.
- Monitor system performance and help troubleshoot issues under the guidance of senior staff.
- Support the setup and management of user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
- Help manage backup systems and assist in performing regular data backups.
- Assist with system updates, patches, and security maintenance.
- Provide first-level support to end-users and escalate complex issues as needed.
- Help with creating and maintaining technical documentation for IT systems.
- Participate in IT projects, upgrades, and system improvements.
- Work closely with the team to ensure high availability and performance of IT infrastructure.

**Qualifications**:

- A basic understanding of computer systems, networks, and IT infrastructure.
- Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows, Linux, or macOS.
- Basic knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- A passion for IT and eagerness to grow in the field.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Internship or project experience in IT or related fields (e.g., network administration, helpdesk, system support).
- IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, or any entry-level certifications) are a plus but not required.
