**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- ** System Management**: Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems, including servers, workstations, and networking equipment.
- ** Network Administration**: Monitor and manage network performance, ensuring reliable connectivity and resolving any issues promptly.
- ** Security Management**:Implement and maintain security protocols to protect company data and IT assets from cyber threats.
- ** Troubleshooting**: Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues to minimize downtime.
- ** User Support**: Provide technical support to employees, assisting with IT-related issues and ensuring efficient use of technology.
- ** System Upgrades**:Plan and execute system upgrades and patches to ensure systems remain up-to-date and secure.
- ** Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of IT assets, configurations, and procedures.
- ** Compliance**: Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations regarding IT operations.

**Qualifications**:

- ** Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- ** Experience**: Minimum of 3 years in IT administration, with hands-on experience in managing IT infrastructure.
- ** Technical Skills**: Proficiency in operating systems (Windows, Linux), networking protocols, and IT security practices.
- ** Certifications**: Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) are preferred.
- ** Problem-Solving**: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- ** Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

**Preferred Attributes**:
**Industry Experience**: Experience in [specific industry, e.g., technology, healthcare, finance].

**Certifications**: Additional certifications in network administration or cybersecurity.

**Language Skills**: Proficiency in English language.
