The Customer Support Representative is responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. This role involves effective communication, problem-solving, and a customer-centric approach.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Maintain filing systems and databases.
- Perform general clerical duties, such as photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficient in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Previous experience in customer support or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience and empathy when dealing with customer concerns.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Positive attitude and a customer-focused mindset.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
