**Job Title**: Administrative Assistant (Sales Coordination & Back Office)

**Job Description (JD)**:
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for supporting the sales and business development team through efficient coordination, communication, documentation, and reporting. This role involves handling quotations, maintaining communication with clients, supporting day-to-day back office operations, and preparing periodic sales reports to ensure seamless workflow across the sales department.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Sales Coordination**:

- Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, follow-ups, and maintaining client databases.
- Coordinate between internal departments and the sales team to ensure timely updates and order processing.
- **Quotation Creation**:

- Draft, update, and issue quotations based on client requirements and standard pricing models.
- Maintain a quotation log and follow up on pending approvals or responses.
- **Client Communication**:

- Schedule and confirm meetings, calls, or site visits between clients and the sales team.
- **Back Office Support**:

- Handle general administrative tasks to support daily office functions.
- Maintain digital and physical records of sales-related documents, including contracts, client correspondence, and approvals.
- **Sales Reports & Data Management**:

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports.
- Analyze sales data and highlight trends or discrepancies to the sales team.
- Ensure data accuracy and timely submission of reports to management.

**Qualifications**
- **Education**:

- Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or 12th pass with relevant experience.
- **Experience**:

- 1-2 years of experience in sales coordination, back office operations, or administrative support.
- Experience in preparing quotations and client correspondence is preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with CRM tools or sales support software is a plus.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
