Job description
Looking for Account Manager at Brand Saloon with required roles and responsibilities (1 year experince from a Digital Marketing Agency will be preferred)
Mumbai Location (Work from office)
- Seek, process and execute client requests and product orders
- Answer queries regarding product/ services and if required direct them to the account manager
- Assist clients to use the products and services and keep them updated about new features launched and encourage revenue growth by inspiring clients to purchase accessories and additional services
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment of products orders/ services
- Develop open and effective channels of communication with each client that can be employed by other departments as well
- Collect feedback and resolve client complaints
