Answer all customer calls to the agreed Company standards
- Ensure that service levels & abandoned call percentage are met as per the agreed KPI’s (Key Performance Indicator)
- Booking customer services and work assign to the team members.
- Make effective communications both inbound and outbound to communicate Company products, services / offers & maintain Company standards in communicating
- Promote up-selling/cross-selling
**Requirements**:
- Education: 10 + 2, Any graduate/ PG
- **Minimum 1 Year Experience**:
- Immediate Joiners are preferred. Must have a 15 day or less notice period.
- Hybrid Mode: Both Work from home or office available.
- Working days: 5 Days a week with rotational off.
- **Night Shifts only (US Shift): Rotational Shifts**
- **From 6 PM to 3 AM, with 1 hour break**
- **From 12 AM to 9 AM, with 1 hour break**
**Knowledge and Skills Required**:
- _Action oriented, self-disciplined and organized_
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Strong knowledge of MS Office Programs
- Ability to communicate correctly and clearly with all customers
- _Effective time management skills and ability to prioritize work time to ensure productivity and department standards_
- Excellent documentation skills & typing skills
- Ability to empathize with and prioritize customer needs
- Ability to determine customer needs and provide appropriate solutions while booking services
- Maintain regular and reliable attendance, including the daily schedule as assigned
- Flexible with the working schedule; may be expected to work weekends, holidays and events
**Salary**
- 15,000 INR to 25,000 INR per month
- Internet Allowance
