**Roles and responsibilities**:
Delivering the defined daily/weekly/monthly productivity and quality targets

Delivering the planned man hours to ensure efficient operations

Adapting to deliver on the new task assigned by the TL/Supervisor

Interacting with the Internal and external customers to ensure a customer query is addressed, thus displaying a sense of urgency and customer centricity

Resolves problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems.

Answers inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating, and providing information.

Fulfills requests by clarifying desired information; completing transactions; forwarding requests

Maintains call center database by entering information.

Updates job knowledge by participating in workshops and other skills upgrade opportunities.

Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Good command in English is MUST

Qualification - Graduate

Software Skills - MS Office

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
