We have a vacancy for Sales & Marketing executive. Requirement is as follows.

**Job Title**: Sales & Marketing
**Location**: Science City, Sola, Ahmedabad
**Department**: Export Sales & Marketing
**Work time**:10am to 6.30pm. Monday to Saturday.

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Drive new business opportunities across domestic and international markets through targeted sales strategies.
- Identify and engage with potential clients to expand market presence and revenue streams.
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries related to product availability, pricing, terms, and delivery timelines.
- Track and manage sales order lifecycles from quotation to delivery and post-sales support.
- Prepare, verify, and manage all **pre
- and post-export documentation** (invoice, packing list, COO, BL, etc.) in compliance with international trade regulations.
- Liaise with **customs brokers, freight forwarders, and clearance agents** to ensure seamless movement of goods across borders.
- Preparing quotations, product catalogues, and technical documents for client review.
- Conduct follow-ups with potential leads and nurture them through the sales funnel.
- Assist in planning and executing **digital marketing campaigns** to promote products and services across domestic and global markets.
- Create and schedule **content for social media platforms** to build brand awareness and engagement.

**Qualifications**:

- **Bachelor’s Degree** in International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain or related field.
- **3-5 years of experience** in export-import operations, documentation, or logistics.

**Key Skills**:

- Knowledge of **EXIM documentation**, **customs procedures** and **international trade compliance.**:

- Strong **communication** and **negotiation skills**.
- Proficient in **MS Office**.
- Must have experience with **ERP & CRM software**.
