We have a vacancy for Sales & Marketing executive. Requirement is as follows.

Job Title: Sales & Marketing

Location: Science City, Sola, Ahmedabad

Department: Export Sales & Marketing

Work time: 10am to 6.30pm. Monday to Saturday.

Job Overview:

We are seeking an Export Sales & Marketing Executive with 3-5 years of experience in export sales and marketing with operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing sales activities, supporting marketing initiatives, preparing export/import documentation, and ensuring full compliance with international trade regulations. Proficiency in CRM systems and a solid understanding of export processes are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

· Drive new business opportunities across domestic and international markets through targeted sales strategies.

· Identify and engage with potential clients to expand market presence and revenue streams.

· Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries related to product availability, pricing, terms, and delivery timelines.

· Track and manage sales order lifecycles from quotation to delivery and post-sales support.

· Prepare, verify, and manage all pre- and post-export documentation (invoice, packing list, COO, BL, etc.) in compliance with international trade regulations.

· Liaise with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and clearance agents to ensure seamless movement of goods across borders.

· Preparing quotations, product catalogues, and technical documents for client review.

· Conduct follow-ups with potential leads and nurture them through the sales funnel.

· Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns to promote products and services across domestic and global markets.

· Create and schedule content for social media platforms to build brand awareness and engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in export-import operations, documentation, or logistics.

Key Skills:

  • Knowledge of EXIM documentation, customs procedures and international trade compliance.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Must have experience with ERP & CRM software.
