**Sales Responsibilities**:

- Drive lead generation, prospecting, and pipeline building in B2B/enterprise segments.
- Own the full sales cycle: qualification, solutioning, demos, negotiations, and closure.
- Work closely with Pre-Sales and Product teams to tailor tech solutions to customer needs.
- Maintain strong relationships with CXOs, IT heads, and key decision-makers.
- Analyze market trends, competitor positioning, and customer feedback to refine offerings.

**Marketing Responsibilities**:

- Plan and execute digital and product marketing campaigns with technical depth.
- Develop targeted content for different personas
- Collaborate with Product Marketing to create collateral
- Manage CRM and automation tools to track and optimize funnel performance.
- Represent the company at tech conferences, webinars, and industry forums.
- **Education**: MBA from IIM
- **Experience**: 0-2 years in tech-based sales/marketing, SaaS, IT services, or consulting.
- Strong understanding of IT concepts (e.g., cloud, APIs, digital transformation, cybersecurity).
- Proven track record in B2B sales or GTM strategy in a tech-driven environment.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills - both technical and business-oriented.
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Analytics, etc.
