**Job Title: Sales and Marketing Executive - IIT Fresher**

**Location: Gujarat, Ahmedabad, Shyamal.**

**Reports To: Sales/Marketing Manager**

**About the Role**:
We are seeking a dynamic and high-potential Sales and Marketing Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for recent graduates from IITs who are eager to launch their careers in a high-impact business development and marketing environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Understand the company’s products/services and effectively communicate their value to potential clients.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential areas for expansion.
- Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and offline channels.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to clients.
- Support the sales team in managing client relationships and closing deals.
- Analyze sales and marketing data to improve strategies and report on KPIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams like product, tech, and customer success to align sales goals with overall company objectives.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree from IIT in Engineering, Management, or related fields.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for marketing, sales, and business development.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Self-driven, with a learning mindset and problem-solving attitude.
- Familiarity with tools like Excel, PowerPoint, CRM systems, and marketing analytics platforms is a plus.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Internship/project experience in business, sales, or marketing roles.
- Experience with digital marketing, SEO, LinkedIn outreach, or content marketing.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and leadership potential.
