Sales & Marketing Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to promote HealthX+ services and drive growth.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients to ensure long-term success.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, identify trends, and develop targeted marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content and promotional materials.
- Organize and participate in events, webinars, and other promotional activities to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to adjust strategies and achieve set targets.
- Maintain a CRM system to track leads, sales activities, and customer interactions.
- Provide feedback to the product and service teams to improve customer satisfaction and overall service offerings.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing strategies.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Fresher or experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in the healthcare or tech industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of healthcare-related products and services is a plus.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
