**Job Title**:Sales Executive ( in field)

**Location**: Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Surat / Navsari highway and surrounding areas within a 100km radius.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct live demonstrations of product to potential customers along the specified highways and surrounding areas.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, including retail outlets, gas stations, rest stops, hotels, restaurants and other relevant establishments.
- Daily targets of Five productive calls.
- The sales force has to carry a proper Demonstration kit
- Actively pursue sales opportunities and achieve or exceed sales targets for products within the designated territory.
- Provide product training and support to customers to ensure optimal usage and satisfaction for product lines.
- Gather market intelligence and feedback to inform product improvements and marketing strategies.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and other relevant documentation as required.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to support sales efforts for both product lines.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Proven track record of success in FMCG sales, preferably in the hygiene or sanitation industry.
- 2 years experience in the field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the designated territory.
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle (preferred)

**Salary Range**:
3 Lpa, 70% Fixed, 30% Variable based on performance.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
