Receptionist Duties & Responsibilities:
- Check guests in and out of their rooms
- Take & Verify Guest Identity and other information.
- Compute Guest Information and Room Billing and tariff on Software.
- Manage reservations and room assignments.
- Provide information about hotel facilities and services.
- Address and Process guest complaints and take necessary measures.
- Process payments and maintain guest accounts
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate with other departments to meet guest needs
- Inform Housekeeping about Check-In’s and Check-Out’s for cleaning process.
- Review accounts and charges with guests during the check-out process.
- Providing concierge services, such as booking theatre tickets. arranging travel and providing information about local amenities and attractions
- Preparing room bills and ensuring prompt payments
- Maintain a clean and tidy reception area
- Assist with any other duties as needed
- Night audit during night shift.
- Requirements:
- Previous experience of Minimum 2 Years in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Proficiency in computer systems and hotel software (IDS)
- Fluency in English & Knowledge of Other languages is a big plus.
- Excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
