**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet guests with a friendly and professional attitude, creating a positive first impression.
- Perform check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Answer and manage incoming calls, redirecting them appropriately.
- Provide information about hotel services, amenities, local attractions, and transport.
- Handle guest queries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate guest records and process payments and invoices.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, room service, and maintenance departments.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Uphold all hotel policies, procedures, and security standards.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role in hospitality.
- Presentable appearance with excellent grooming standards.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proficient in MS Office and hotel management software (e.g., Opera, IDS, or equivalent).
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; diploma in hospitality or front office operations preferred.

- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
**Work Environment**:
- Front desk area of the hotel.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
