**Job Title: Hotel Receptionist**

**Overview**:As a Hotel Receptionist, you will be the face of the hotel, responsible for welcoming guests, managing reservations, and providing excellent customer service to ensure a pleasant and comfortable stay for all guests.

**Responsibilities**:
**Guest Check-In/Check-Out**: Greet guests upon arrival, process their check-ins and check-outs efficiently, and provide necessary information about the hotel's facilities, services, and policies.

**Reservation Management**: Manage room reservations, handle bookings, cancellations, and modifications accurately using hotel management software.

**Customer Assistance**: Address guest queries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction and resolving issues to the best of your ability.

**Payment Handling**: Handle cash, credit card transactions, and billing processes accurately, ensuring adherence to established procedures.

**Concierge Services**: Provide information about local attractions, restaurants, transportation, and assist guests with arranging services like transportation, tours, or restaurant reservations.

**Front Desk Operations**: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area, manage inventory of supplies, and ensure the proper functioning of equipment.

**Collaboration**: Coordinate with other hotel departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to fulfill guest requests and ensure a seamless guest experience.

**Safety and Security**: Follow security protocols, monitor the premises, and take appropriate action in case of emergencies or security concerns.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a hotel receptionist, front desk agent, or in a similar customer service role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and computer systems.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and transportation options is a plus.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or related fields is beneficial but not mandatory

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
