Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Office Associate located in Mumbai. The Front Office Associate will handle receptionist duties, manage check-in and check-out processes, provide exceptional customer service, and maintain effective communication with guests. Daily tasks include answering phone calls with proper etiquette, assisting guests with inquiries, and ensuring smooth front office operations.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
  • Strong Customer Service skills and experience in Check-in processes
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification in hospitality is a plus
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in hospitality or a related field is beneficial
