**Job Title: Hotel Receptionist**
**Job Summary**
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Hotel Receptionist to join our front desk team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling room reservations, and ensuring a smooth check-in/check-out process.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Guest Check-in/Check-out: Welcome guests, handle check-in/check-out procedures, and ensure accurate room assignments.
3. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, respond to guest inquiries, and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
4. Front Desk Operations: Maintain the front desk area, handle guest mail and messages, and perform administrative tasks as needed.
5. Cash Handling: Handle cash, credit card transactions, and guest accounts accurately and efficiently.
6. Communication: Liaise with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure seamless guest services.
7. Problem-Solving: Resolve guest complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
**Requirements**:
1. Hospitality Experience: Previous experience in a hospitality environment, preferably in a front desk or reception role.
2. Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with guests from diverse backgrounds.
3. Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail.
4. Technical Skills: Proficiency in hotel management software, property management systems, and Microsoft Office.
5. Flexibility: Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
