*Key Responsibilities**:
### **1. Guest Services**:
- Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in/check-out procedures.
- Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
- Handle guest requests, complaints, and special requirements professionally.
### **2. Reservations & Bookings**:
- Process room reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
- Manage online and walk-in bookings using hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Fidelio).
- Verify guest identification and payment details.
### **3. Administrative Duties**:
- Maintain accurate guest records and billing information.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for room readiness.
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and invoices.
- Prepare daily reports on occupancy, payments, and guest feedback.
4. Problem-Solving & Coordination:
- Resolve guest issues or escalate them to management when necessary.
- Assist in emergencies (e.g., medical situations, security concerns).
- Work closely with other departments (housekeeping, concierge, F&B) for guest satisfaction.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
