**Roles &Responsibility**:

- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the hotel
- Assist guests with check-ins and check-outs, including processing payments
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
- Manage reservations and room assignments
- Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
- Address guest concerns and complaints in a timely and effective manner
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area
- Assist other hotel staff as needed
