**Salary**: ₹40,000/month + Sales Commission
Are you a dynamic sales professional with a keen understanding of villa construction and plot sales? Bangalore Regency Developers Pvt Ltd., a leading real estate company in Bangalore, is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell villa construction services and plot sales to prospective clients
- Develop and maintain a strong network of potential buyers and investors
- Guide clients through the purchasing process with expertise and professionalism
- Provide accurate information on market trends, pricing, and financing options
- Build and sustain client relationships through excellent communication and follow-up
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the team's overall success
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in real estate sales, particularly in villa construction and plot sales
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English and Kannada
- Ability to understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
- A proactive, goal-oriented attitude with a drive for success
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously
