**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers in selecting products that meet their needs and preferences.
- Drive sales by providing product knowledge, styling suggestions, and upselling/cross-selling.
- Achieve individual and store-level sales targets consistently.
- Ensure proper visual merchandising, display arrangements, and stock replenishment.
- Handle billing, cash, and POS transactions accurately.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and display areas.
- Provide feedback on customer preferences, market trends, and inventory requirements.
- Manage returns and exchanges as per company policy.
- Support inventory audits and participate in stock counts.
- Adhere to company policies, grooming standards, and store operating procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **1-3 years of experience** in **retail sales (preferably footwear or apparel segment)**.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service orientation.
- Basic computer knowledge (POS, billing software).
- Presentable and confident personality.
- Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays as per retail schedule.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
