**Job Roles and ResponsibilitiesSales Roles**:

- **Customer Acquisition**:

- Identify and approach potential clients (Hostels, Colleges, Canteens, Government Orders, retail stores, supermarkets, wholesalers, etc.) in Vizag.
- Build relationships with decision-makers to generate sales.
- **Order Management**:

- Collect and process orders from customers.
- Ensure timely delivery of products to maintain customer satisfaction.
- **Sales Targets**:

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Prepare and present sales reports to track progress.
- **Market Expansion**:

- Identify opportunities for expanding the customer base.
- Suggest new territories or segments for grocery distribution.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Stay updated on the features, benefits, and pricing of products.
- Educate customers about the products and suggest solutions for their needs.
- **Relationship Management**:

- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients.
- Address customer complaints or issues promptly.

**Marketing Roles**:

- **Promotions and Campaigns**:

- Plan and execute promotional activities like discounts, combo offers, or seasonal campaigns to boost sales.
- Collaborate with local advertising platforms for campaigns.
- **Brand Awareness**:

- Ensure the brand has visibility through in-store displays, posters, banners, and events.
- Conduct promotional activities in high-traffic areas like malls or market streets.
- **Market Research**:

- Collect insights about customer preferences and competitors’ activities in the Vizag region.
- Suggest strategies to improve market positioning.
- **Digital Marketing (Optional)**:

- Use social media platforms to promote grocery products.
- Create and manage local advertisements on platforms like Google or Facebook.
- **Pricing Strategy**:

- Assist in determining competitive pricing based on market trends and consumer behavior.

**Skills Required**:

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of the local market in Vizag.
- Familiarity with grocery products and their target audience.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in FMCG or grocery sales is a plus

Pay: ₹10,622.25 - ₹15,000.00 per month
