Executive Assistant to CEO

Key Qualifications
- Graduate degree in any field.
- Proficient in operating laptops, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Gmail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional and presentable appearance.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations and clerical tasks.
- Coordinate and order office food, refreshments, and supplies.
- Pay utility bills and ensure timely handling of other bill payments.
- Organize and facilitate office meetups, events, and team gatherings.
- Liaise and coordinate with banks for company needs or official tasks.
- Greet visitors, manage reception area, and maintain a positive office environment.
- Maintain records, organize files, and update office documentation as required.
- Support CEO with daily tasks—schedule appointments, prepare meeting notes, set up travel arrangements, and assist with personal errands as needed.
- Track and order office stationery, supplies, and consumables.
- Support procurement: placing orders for supplies and equipment.
- Monitor inventory and ensure all equipment is operable.
- Help with basic IT troubleshooting and setting up devices for meetings.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping, recording expenses, and preparing monthly expense reports. Manage vendor relationships, negotiate service contracts when required.
- Assist in organizing internal meetings, managing calendars, and sending invites.
- Ensure office space cleanliness and compliance with health and safety guidelines.
- Any other office-related tasks assigned by management.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
