**Job Title: Executive Assistant & Accountant**

**Location**: Viman nager

**Reports to**: [CEO/Managing Director] (Executive Assistant), [Finance Manager/Controller] (Accountant)

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Executive Assistant:_
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents for the executive team.
- Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items as needed.
- Manage and maintain confidential files and records for the executive team.
- Assist with special projects, event planning, and other administrative tasks as assigned.
- Act as a liaison between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders.
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions and communications.
- Accountant:_
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Prepare and maintain financial records, including financial statements, balance sheets, and profit and loss statements.
- Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial accounts.
- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, including accruals, adjustments, and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulations, and internal policies.
- Prepare and file tax returns, VAT returns, and other statutory filings.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams, auditors, and external stakeholders on financial matters.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in accounting processes.
- Perform other accounting and finance-related tasks as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience in administrative support and/or accounting roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and best practices.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.

**Offered CTC**: Commensurate with experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
